Therapy Session

A therapy session is one therapeutic hour of 50 minutes. The session is either
face-to-face, online or by telephone.

Ten Therapy Sessions

Ten therapy sessions can be bought in advance and scheduled at your convenience. The ten sessions will expire 12 weeks after the first session.

£15 - £25

Low Income

I believe counselling should be available to everyone. If your income is low, this should not prevent you from accessing therapy sessions. Please contact me to discuss this option.
